At Allbottlesusa.com customer satisfaction is our priority

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please contact us at -  info@allbottlesusa.com with any questions regarding your order or to start a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We inspect each item thoroughly at the time of packaging and only ship brand new and unused items. If the wrong item has been shipped out from our facility or arrives in a damaged or flawed condition, Allbottlesusa.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item and will cover all shipping costs.

If there was an error on our end, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may be asked to provide images or video evidence of the issue before we approve the return.
On all other returns the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways. 

To receive a refund on returned merchandise, the item(s) must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received. For items that were shipped free, our original shipping costs will be deducted, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item(s) are defective or damaged upon receipt. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If an item is returned used or in a condition different from how it was received, the return will be completely voided, and no refund will be issued. We can only accept returns on new and unused items. Do not include any items that have come into contact with fragrances, oils, or have been filled with any substances.

Once we receive your return we inspect and process your refund within 3 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
