Orders placed before 10am PST should be received within 5-8 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
SHIPPING POLICY: Most orders are shipped in one to three business day.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for any returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return the item, the original shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been inactive in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
If an item shows as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to file a written claim directly with the carrier, as they will require the recipient's input to investigate the delivery issue.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Allbottlesusa.com is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
